Fabulous experience. Taking my very loose concept of my own itinerary, and forging it into a coherent plan. I can't recommend Alicia highly enough. She was essential in ensuring my two month trip was a success. And when my flights were suddenly in jeapoardy with the Iran/America situation she kept me updated, organised and rebooked me around the issues.

Kasey was brilliant. Every obstacle that presented itself in creating our bookings, Kasey kept calm, professional and simply found a way around it! She had the perfect solution every time. And she made the booking process pain-free and easy for us.
