We had a 2nd holiday booked with Alicia from Mt Gambier and again the flights and accommodation were perfectly arranged with advice given along the way.
Kasey was brilliant. Every obstacle that presented itself in creating our bookings, Kasey kept calm, professional and simply found a way around it! She had the perfect solution every time.
