Alas to say our experience hasn't been that great. Firstly we couldn't understand how an agent with 38 trips under her belt doesn't know where ANTWERP is and when I checked the flights found the same exact flights $3-4k cheaper. I also can't fathom the Captains Pack. I made one booking and got charged for two packs at $118, which means that if I booked a flight for a family of six, I assume will be charged $354?
Arri has been extremely helpful in booking our flights and advising on Travel Insurance. Really appreciated his unhurried time!
Have a trip to Japan coming up so my fiance and I came in to exchange our cash on Thursday. Had a lovely lady at the front counter help us out, even giving us tips on things to do and what areas would use cash or card. Very helpful!
