Service from flight centre Mildura itself was great but when something went awry with the booking the help and service when trying to make a claim from their travel insurance arm was absolutely horrible. A flight was cancelled and we lost a night of accomodation to which our claim was rejected. Surely this is a situation which travel insurance is for . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH GETTING TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM FLIGHT CENTRE with your package. Expensive and a waste of time .
Have made several trips overseas in the past few years and have always booked with Andrea Hodgetts. She is amazing - knowledgeable, friendly, savvy and always gets things done very quickly. I have recommended her to heaps of local friends and they have also found her to be wonderful. Sooooo lucky to have Andrea to help me plan and book the best adventures. Thanks heaps.
We booked through Flight Centre Mildura for our trip to Japan. The staff member Sarah (at that time) found the tour that suited us and flights for 2025, she communicated with the tour company and everything was booked. Sarah left and Jessica who was so helpful took over our booking. I then realised we did not know where we were to meet the tour at what hotel or where we were staying after the tour as we were arriving the day before leaving a day after the tour finished.
