Had to visit twice yesterday regarding online ticket purchase and queries relating to this. All staff were lovely - patient, understanding, efficient, helpful & knowledgeable. They were very reassuring and we left feeling confident - everything went smoothly following our 2nd visit and my guest is safely & happily on his way home. A million thanks to all!

When Flight centre bookes your accomodation in Naxos and you find out the Villa Cycladic Pavillion was shut down. We got there first and then received an email from flight centre. No calls or notification. Pathetic.
We can all make bookings online these days. Why would we use a travel agent? Firstly, because they can help you with ideas about your trip. Secondly, some destinations are a little tricky to plan trips too. In my case, one destination is Malta... understanding how best to route via Malta (as my trip requires) takes specialist expertise. Picking a reliable tour company overseas can be a bit hit and miss. Having someone do the booking for me, and chasing up the tour companies is an awesome service. Jamie was super helpful with helping us organise our recent holiday to Singapore. The hotel- Furama City Centre- we stayed at was great! The location was amazing as it had lots of food options directly across the road as well as a train station that made it easy to travel around Singapore. Jamie also suggested using the Grab app which made it convenient to get to the airport and Singapore zoo. Overall very happy with Jamie’s service :)
