At time of booking: Consultant Jacqui has been very helpful with aftersales information I required. Some weeks later: carrier changed my flights that I had carefully chosen for departure and arrival times. Jacqui is speaking with the airlines' rep to see how they can make it better for me. Try yourself to get to speak with an airline these days... Very happy I have an agent in my corner.
Robin from Flight Centre Malvern was awesome. Our daughter booked a last minute flight and tour to Croatia and Robin was so helpful with the flights, and very knowledgeable about backpacking & accommodation options. Highly recommend
