I've been coming to this specific store to see Tom K for the better part of 10 years now and he's just fantastic at what he does, and I can say that as an experienced traveller who's been to more than 50 countries. I would need more than two hands to count the number of flights/deals he's got my wife and I at better value than with airlines or third party sites like skyscanner.com.au. It wouldn't occur to me to go anywhere else.
