Had a great experience. Monique was extremely helpful, answered my many, many, many questions and looked at any changes I requested without hesitation while also being mindful of my budget. I am new to travelling and she arranged my trip perfectly including notes about any reminders or helpful advice I might need. I’m very thankful for her patience and the excellent service provided. Would definitely recommend.
I had a wonderful experience with Jayne Soe who has now moved to business bookings so no longer provides retail bookings. Natalie Revell is her counterpart who I have had dealings with a year or so ago and a recent experience with. She is rude and lacks attention to detail consistently issuing quotes with wrong info or bookings. She even went as far as to hang up on me recently. Its such a shame because the business previously had a good offering.
The girl there was unhelpful and bordering on nasty I was stranded in Mackay and desperate to get home to Sydney and she just palmed me off when I was $20 short of a flight sorry I can't help you goodbye. ..I had to go back late and beg . She eventually found me a flight. Fernanda bustamante. Was her name
