I had spent a week frying my brain trying to make my flight times work, but Vera did it in no time! She as delightful to work with and respected all my preferences and decisions, even if it went against her advice. Will definitely be back next time!
Friendly and Knowledgable staff. I was served by Britney as she assisted me with a short lead trip to Tokyo. It was a smooth process. Britney was able to find flights and accomodation within a smaller budget. No issues whatsoever with the trip and I had a great time! I had been greated and served by her colleagues to with an over all friendly vibe and willingness to work with your plans for your trip. Thankful for the great service!
