Jazmin was so helpful arranging our trip to Europe and then finding alternative flights bearing in mind recent world events. She is always very pleasant and responds quickly to emails and queries.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are all knowledgable and helpful; this time it is Jazmin dealing with our travel itinerary and she is helpful in every way. See you again!

Seriously good experience with Jelly (Angelique) from the Kawana store, today. Had to rebook flights because of the all the chaos in the Middle East, and she was helpful, quick, efficient, had great advice and some reassuring words on cancelling my old flights. If you want someone to look after you at the Kawana story, she's your person!
