Very poor customer service. I wanted to book an airline ticket, but the staff member was rude and did not want to assist at all. This is not how customers should be treated

We were looking for a 14 day Mediterranean cruise. Laura listened to our requirements and found exactly what we were looking for. Besides the cruise itself, the economy premium flights, hotels pre and post cruise and an onward flight from Barcelona to Manchester. All confirmed in a short time. We are really happy with Flight Centre, especially the excellent service provided by a very patient consultant Laura Crammond.

She was so friendly and efficient and made the process seem very easy. Within a short period of time we were given our itinerary with all our flight times outgoing and incoming and the seats that we requested.
