We had a fantastic experience! Sarah went above and beyond for us. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the best travel options. She took the time to answer all our questions, offered great advice, and made the whole planning process so easy. Excellent customer service from start to finish—highly recommend!
I have used this centre previously but find it hard to get call backs and for them to follow up on things you have requested . I got a quote the other day and sent an email back asking for the agent I was dealing with to call me after 3 to discuss the quote as there were things I didnt understand . I never got a call so I booked it myself with the airline direct and the accomodation direct , I did this even thought I paid a little more for the flight .
