Sophie at Kalamunda Flight Centre has handled our bookings with great cheerfulness and ease, despite us being in Africa and dealing with intermittent wifi, as we’ve travelled around. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and competent agent. We have now returned from the trip to Japan, organised for us by Sophie, and everything went smoothly. We all very much enjoyed our stay at Club Med at Ishigaki, and thank Sophie for her professionalism and quick responses to any requests we made.

Wonderful professional service from Sophie Vince at Flight Centre in Kalamunda. After initially booking my trip to the UK with a Doha stopover, I needed to rearrange my plans to avoid the Middle East (along with many others travellers, I expect!) Sophie provided calm support and reassurance during a potentially stressful situation, keeping me informed along the way. She has subsequently arranged an alternative trip and arranged the refund from my original booking. I would highly recommend this service, thank you Sophie
