Alicia at the Indooroopilly Flight Centre is absolutely amazing, more than amazing actually, she is Excellent. I recommend for anyone going to travel or planning to travel to go and see her. Booked a trip with them, for the first time Likes: - Organised the flights, accomodation and transfer - Quick booking process until payment is made Dislike - Used the wrong passport name even though we provided passports, and we were stuck at the airport 2hrs to departure at 7am in a panic because Virgin would not issue until the name is corrected.
