The service given to me by Flight Centre Indooroopilly recently has been impecable. A multi-country family holiday during the US/Iran war was arranged irreproachably by Shiven who was always smiling and full of knowledgeable advice and who never tired of the multiple changes I wanted. I cannot recommend Shiven and Flight Centre more highly.
Be cautious when using Flight Centre. When issues arose with my flights, I was unable to reach them through any channel — their international phone numbers didn’t connect, and my emails went unanswered. I always have had great experience with Flight Centre Indooroopilly. Luke Candy assisted me with my recent flights to Melb/ADL/Bris. Everything went extremely well without a hitch. I had to post pone upcoming trip to Sydney as a concert cancelled. Luke promptly sent link to cancel trip but put towards credit for a trip to Melb later in the year. Many thanks again Luke.
