We are very happy with the professional and friendly assistance provided at Flight Centre Indooroopilly over a number of years. On this occasion our switched-on consultant Luke Candy got us sorted very efficiently, and within our budget, for our upcoming visit to Manchester. Takes a big load off our shoulders.

I have had a great experience using this FC location. Pippa has been our booking agent, she has been prompt, knowledgeable, and very good to work with while arranging an international trip. There have been a few days Pippa has not been working, but I still needed timely assistance. The service given to me by Flight Centre Indooroopilly recently has been impecable. A multi-country family holiday during the US/Iran war was arranged irreproachably by Shiven who was always smiling and full of knowledgeable advice and who never tired of the multiple changes I wanted. I cannot recommend Shiven and Flight Centre more highly.

When issues arose with my flights, I was unable to reach them through any channel — their international phone numbers didn’t connect, and my emails went unanswered.
