Very disappointed with the service. From the time we booked our cruise (Feb 26) till now and we haven't been yet. Not returning phone calls, then the attitude when you finally get to speak to someone. We booked a pretty pricey cruise $16,000 for 2, any questions I have I'm told to look on the app or I'm told "I don't know, I'll call you back" hmm well thar doesn't happen. Both my friend and myself have mobility issues, we just wanted someone who was willing to help us, but its not the case, probably better if I ring the crui... read more
Booked and paid for extra leg room only to be let down at airport bookin today to be told that seat hadn’t been confirmed by staff at flight centre hopefully they will refund the extra charge
