Both Natalie's are very helpful. Natalie Barber booked our Qatar flights and because of the trouble in the Middle East. We needed to get a refund and rebook away from the trouble. Natalie was very patience with us. Hampton Flight Centre welcomes your dog as well as you. Great service.
Cindy Kay was absolutely fantastic in helping us plan our Europe trip! She was incredibly helpful, organised and made the whole process so much easier for us. Cindy went above and beyond, not only helping with the planning but also following up with the car hire company when we had some issues. Requested Jamie to come back on a few fairly specific and quirky scenarios that we were keen to work on, he emailed back promptly, covering off every scenario that we had mentioned to a T, and each available option. Excellent customer service.
