Our Flight Centre travel agent has looked after us from taking over the initial agent wonderfully and thought of an abundance of sightseeing for us in free time plus all the extras to have made our tours so easy and fuss free. M has handled all our concerns so efficiently we never really gad to worry. Will definitely rebook again when able.. Expert travel advice, no fuss and thoughtful travel advice given for us.
Morgan has been so accomodating , knowledgeable and helpful in planning my trips for the past 2 years . She has displays a true passion for the tourism industry and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants their trips organized with professionalism.
Came in the other day, very useless, no one was helpful and more rude then anything I’m EXTREMELY disappointed can’t believe my shocking experience!
We are really happy with the service from flight centre. They have been absolutely amazing. Due to the crises in the Middle East we had to rebook and find another flight back to Australia. They have responded to every email and question that we had. I’m sure we weren’t the only ones trying to rebook. Thank you for the fantastic service.
Booked our honeymoon in store with Lily, couldn’t fault her and the actual booking of the trip, but that seems to be where the services ends for FC Toowoomba. Have tried several times to contact via phone with no answer or call back. Sent a few emails, if they were answered, it was weeks later. Not very happy with the service after the amount of money we have spent on our trip.
