Have just booked another trip through this travel agency. Within 5 days our trip for later this year was all sorted with air fares and accommodation and confirmed upon payment. They even price matched our hotel accommodation with internet prices. Jade Kennedy is the travel agent we have now used for the second time. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Kirsty went above and beyond to organise multiple trips for me over the course of the last 6 months from a trip to India for a wedding to skydiving in New Zealand as well as a trip to Canada, for another wedding. She helped organise accommodation and the actual skydive for New Zealand and accommodated my many changes to my itineraries prior to each trip. I couldn't be more pleased with how easy it was to organise everything with her. Strongly recommend using her for any travel needs as I'll be sure to do in the future.
