Emma needed to investigate my destination and accommodation, ( I’m from Sydney and had an off season brochure from Adelaide). I will be travelling to Norfolk Island and participating in all brochures’ side trips. Surprise of surprise my cost was only marginally more than Adelaide quote!

Excellent service from Sarm and Alex who managed to get us home to England avoiding Dubai. However Pia who was helping a couple of clients spoke so loud it was so very distracting indeed. Everyone else was super quiet and professional.
Jayden was wonderful to deal with - responsive, quick and helpful. highly recommend!
