cant get a reply to various phone calls bad service from forster nsw branch
Thank you to Jhana Williams who, after booking the best flights he could find for us to NZ, then went on to assist us with transport from the Queenstown airport to our accommodation, despite the fact we had booked our car and accommodation independently. My wife and I recently booked an organised tour of japan, we used the services of Flight Centre in Stocklands Forster as we had used Flight Centre when we lived in the Blue Mountains and were most impressed with their level of service and professionalism. Our experience with the team at Forster was certainly not the same as we had previously enjoyed in the Blue Mountains. I had a wonderful experience at this store. The lovely Skye helped my partner and I book our Europe trip. She made everything so seamless and easy, whilst making sure to get us the best deal. I am an anxious traveler and she always answered all of my questions with lots of care. I was really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable she was about all the different options.
