I have only just begun working with Cindy for my holiday to Europe. I do have a disability and she has never rushed me when I have needed to think about things. She has been so obliging and kind towards me. The most fantastic thing which she has done at the moment, was change my multi flight details, and again this was done in such a wonderful manner. I am definitely looking forward to planning the rest of my trip with her!! 5 stars all the way!
I booked a flight which is pretty straight forward: but I had issues pre-booking sport equipment allocation. After a few hours on the phone to the airline, on several different occasions, I contacted Joseph who had it sorted out for me in an afternoon. Would 100% recommend and will use these guys again for next holiday, and I don't even live in NSW!

She was so helpful, friendly and informative, answering every single question we had about our flights, the destination, and everything in between. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Joseph has looked after my travel bookings over the past year and has been absolutely fantastic. He is professional, responsive and incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile to make even complicated travel arrangements seamless. I travel frequently and really value having someone I can rely on when plans change or issues arise. I would highly recommend Joseph, his service has been exceptional.
