I had a few issues during my trip due to flight changes, which was a little frustrating. However, the support I received from Flight Centre Eastgardens was excellent. Whenever I contacted them, the response was very fast and helpful. Special thanks to Aliki Andreou, who assisted me throughout my journey. While I was in New Zealand and later in the USA, she responded promptly to my emails and provided clear guidance whenever I needed assistance. I’m sure there is some very accommodating agents in the branch who can advise and assist with the process and help with your bookings. However today my experience with a certain individual was unfortunately below par and I don’t see myself ever visiting this store again…
We are organising a Northern Europe holiday through flight centre Eastgardens. We were lucky enough to have Joseph Dowdall as our coordinator. His genuine enthusiasm care and support throughout our many questions and conversations has been phenomenal. He has treated us well and given us much confidence and advice in our discussions.
