She really listened to what we wanted and gave great suggestions for flights and accomodation. A big return customer, I have booked several overseas and domestic trips with Charlotte Evan’s who has proved consistently reliable and knowledgeable. From helping me figure out the domestic rules for flying a my child interstate without an adult to a complicated overseas trip with several European destinations, flights, accommodation, car hire and sightseeing options. We highly recommend the service we received from Chris Crichton. At the last minute before we departed Australia, we needed internal European flights booked and Chris went out of his way on a weekend (his own time) to book them for us.
