Staff very helpful and organised booking straight away
We initially met with the FC representative and discussed our flight details and dates for our European vacation which the staff member gave us an overview of the costs which she suggested we put a hold on. We agreed and organised a follow up meeting for the next week. We went to the office on the agreed date to be told that our details had been misplaced thus no hold on any booking prices. Just returned from a trip to Europe, organised by Kassie Elphinstone in the Devonport office of FC. The big important things were taken care of: The hotels recommended were really lovely and the locations spot on, in Paris and Dublin. And so were the smaller details that matter also: Bags checked through multiple airports, seats allocated together and upgrades at the hotels that Kassie booked us into.
