Nicola is just plain amazing! She knows exactly what I want and puts together the most difficult trips. Here I come Greenland /Canada. A previous trip I had to cancel half way there because of family illness. I did nothing but get on flights she organised and when home get the refunds.. that’s my girl. Fun and efficient! My brother and sister in law were due to fly back to the UK on Emirates on Tuesday 3 March. Even though they had not booked their flights through Flight Centre, when I emailed Nicola Robb on the Sunday evening, she replied immediately and by the end of the evening she had booked them back home via Japan. This was above and beyond the call of duty especially as Nicola was on holiday in Sri Lanka at the time!!
