Very bad experience! I was kept waiting for more than half an hour during which time there are people jumping the queue without any explanation from the staff. When finally it was my turn, was told the following session was booked already. I would appreciate if staffs could have told me earlier their store was purely by appointment.
It was a pleasure to have Andrew Knight organize the use of a voucher and book my stay for the weekend in the city. He was totally professional and helpful. I will definitely speak to him for future bookings!!
Gab has been fantastic. He has made us feel important like we are his highest priority. He has provided the highest level of communication even checking in / progressing our travel whilst on holidays himself. Nothing has been too much trouble. I can only commend Gab on his customer first approach.
