From the moment I I walked into the flight center at Carns Hill New South Wales I was welcome by miss Melinda Kopp every question I asked she was able to answer me With any travel request .. she was extremely Helpful followed it up and explained it to us Step-by-step Any time I called she was always helpful and when we finally finalized We actually had a fun experience . Melinda provided a great service she was very helpful and always prompt with her responses to any questions or query’s
Previously I had a good experience in store when I made my booking. Today when I called to discuss my booking, I was disappointed with the service I received. I was given what I believe to be incorrect information and my enquiry was dismissed without the consultant asking for any details about my booking. There was no attempt to investigate my question or offer a solution. I would have appreciated if my enquiry had been looked into properly before I was told that nothing could be done :/
