Jake provided every assistance for our trip during a difficult Covid time. All his advice was accurate and up to date - including predicting difficulties we might have due to airline re-scheduling. Car hire was arranged at the last minute and was good value. Highly recommended.
Jake is amazing. Booked a holiday at Byron Bay with 4 girlfriends for my 40th birthday. Everything was perfect and even had a little bag of dips biscuits wine etc waiting for us when we got to the room.
