Popped in today for some help with booking my holiday to Fiji. The young man will at the front of the shop was amazing and guided me through everything to find exactly what I wanted. Could I have booked it myself? Possibly, but the service and confidence he gave me made things so much easier. Polite, professional and thorough. I’ll be visiting again for my next holiday!!
I cancelled an international flight with Qtar back in December 2019 and opted for a credit which once Covid hit I figured I’d just have to loose it as I only had 12 months to use. Michael contacted me 18 months later to say he had fought Qatar and got my money back!! Thank you for your wonderful service. I will always be booking flights through Flight Centre and Michael In the future.
Terrible experience on my daughters behalf. My daughter and her best friend made an appointment (with Chiara)to book their first overseas trip to Italy. As they arrived for their appointment exactly at the sheduled time , they were told Chiara was busy and to wait. The girls waited for 30 minutes and no one came to see them to let them know there would be a wait.
