We have had a trip booked on our own to Bali and have experienced nightmarish issues with the online visa situation for Americans. Our travel partners suggested we check with flight Center to help us sort it out. Andrew did just that verifying what we needed to do before our flight and after at customs. It’s still been a problem as the Indonesian website doesn’t recognize American phones or email addresses . But Andrew soothed us and put us at ease.
I am writing this enroute to London. We had our March 2026 booking organised by Elise. And then someone decided to have a 'military excursion'. That meant our Emirates flights were not going to happen. Elise was able to offer us two alternatives which were excellent. The one she recommended via Hong Kong we went with. We have had Andrew Sweeney organise many holdays, the latest being a family trip to Shangri La resort in Fiji. Due to the complexity of our requirements Andrew went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed. Because of his immense dedication to detail and service we had a wonderful trip with no hiccups along the way.
