Cassandra was an amazing help, really going above and beyond in a difficult situation! We had flights to Europe booked directly with Emirates a few days after conflict broke out in the area, and Cassandra was able to find us well-priced flights into and out of our desired airports, despite the lack of online availability. We wandered into Flight Centre today to enquire about a trip/holiday to Bali we wanted to take where we met Danielle Spero. Dani was lovely and very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Dani showed us the best current and upcoming holiday deals explaining every detail to us right down to parking at the airport. The team at Brookside have been so helpful in spending time to find flights for myself and my son. In the last 24hrs my son’s plane to Doha was turned back to BNE. Today Kita helped re-book flights needed through different carrier and despite having a huge day of similar customer needs was considered and diligent to get new flights.
