Got great service from Bruce who helped us with booking a trip to Europe, he was able to save us hundreds of dollars by finding a clever reroute that still went through every city we wanted to go to, was extremely patient with us and had lots of great insights about the areas we wanted to travel to! Would happily book through him again was really great
I had such a great experience with Bruce at Flight Centre. Emirates had cancelled my flight and I was struggling to get in contact with them myself, which was really stressful. Bruce went above and beyond to help me. Because I couldn’t call Emirates from my phone, he called them on my behalf and waited on hold for about 40 minutes just to get through. I emailed Alice a request for flights Syd-Melb return and a Melbourne CBD hotel quote. Received Alice's ooo auto-reply, so I forwarded our request to the generic email address for Alice's team provided in Alice's auto-reply. Flight Centre Broadway organised my flights for my 2026 trip to Italy. FC’s Bruce Haywood arranged for 4 legs of Thai Airways flights meticulously incorporating my requested details, such as no early morning takeoffs. Bruce worked tirelessly until l was happy with my trip. I came into the FC Broadway on Sunday to pay for my flights.
