All our subsequent interactions were just as pleasant, and he was very diligent in following up regularly to meet our travel needs. We were delighted to have him as our travel agent and wish him all the best.
My partner and I booked our Hawaii trip with Alicia this year, and her service was fantastic from the jump. We even had the airline cancel our flight initially and Alicia was onto it immediately, ensuring everything was rectified and communication was always there.
