Absolutely appalling customer service. Consultant had no idea what she was doing. Had no knowledge on the destination. Had no idea what was doing threw together a crappy itinerary. Was so disgusted with her service. Train your staff. I ended up booking the trip myself. I seemed to know more. Antonella you need training. I have reported this to head matter to head office!
