Even though Flight Centre Woden was closer, the negative reviews made me travel across town to Belconnen. Samantha was relatively new to the role but very keen and was able to sort out my proposed Japan trip for me and my son quickly. The final price was better than I was expecting after trying to do it all online through the Flight Centre website. The only thing I need to spend money on now is shopping, meals and incidentals. Couldn't recommend this Travel Agent more highly.
