My experience with Hervey Bay Flight Centre has been so amazing. All expectations and more. Jessica Kerr is the most amazing staff member. Always delivers more than just what is required. My last trip to Broken Hill was perfect. Everything was to the point of every flight was to perfection. I would recommend Jess and her team for any travel experience.

I can’t thank Jessica at Flight Centre Bay Central enough for her help. I had booked international flights for a colleague directly through the national carrier. When the first flight was cancelled, I spent two days being bounced back and forth between the airline I booked through and the airline that cancelled the flight, each pointing me to the other with no real help. Thanks Jess for helping with my holiday! Agents get slated a lot but people don’t understand the value of an agent and paying for their service until things go wrong. And if that happens, Flightcentre has got my back. Jess knows what is what, a very experienced traveler who genuinely loves what she does. I highly recommend her and had a great vibe in store.
