Alex McRostie is absolutely AMAZING!! Has now helped me organise 2x international trips this year. He is super efficient, has great communication and is super accommodating to all our requests. I have been using Nuriootpa office a few years now and my flight consultant is a lovely lady named Abby, she has always been very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her and tries her best to accommodate my wishes.
Recently booked and flew to the uk! Asked for assistance as I have mobility difficulties and use a Walker! I had many Issues at Dhoha because flight centre hadn’t put it on my ticket that I needed assistance. Was forgotten about at Doha and almost missed connecting flight to the uk. When my husband spoke to official at Dhoha he said flight centre should have put it on the ticket! It was very traumatic to say the least!! Very very disappointed with Barossa flight centre !!
Abby has been our travel agent for many years now and we wouldn’t dream of having anyone else. Her attention to detail, knowledge and care shown when booking flights, accomodation or helping with event bookings is second to none. I have referred my friends to her as well of which they travel from town to see Abby in the Barossa. Thank you Abby for all you do for us always..
