It’s difficult giving two stars when Aly and Gemma did so many things right. It was a complex trip. What soured everything was an apparent small Flight Centre error that had big consequences - checking in with Qantas at Tullamarine for the flight to Auckland, we were told that our bags could not be checked through both legs of the journey to Cook Islands. Rita has been my travel consultant for nearly 10 years and i couldn't be happier. She used to work in my local shopping center but when she moved to Brunswick i went there too. She is always very helpful, patient and meticulous and enjoys planning the complicated trips i give her. She makes a genuine effort to offer suggestions and finds the best solutions.
