My husband and I are very happy with the impressive service provided by staff of Flight Centre, Ashgrove to our 2026 European trip booking. Our praises go to both Roy Heys and Chloe Elliott. Their service was excellent and professional. They go the extra mile in providing help to solve our issues and questions. They are very friendly and a real pleasure to communicate with. 5/5 STARS!
We are currently trying to get home from Brisbane to London via the Middle East and have been really concerned and unsure how to proceed. Despite us having no booking with Flight Centre, Chloe and Roy took the time to talk us through our options and really helped us with a plan of action and plenty of reassurance, for which we are both very grateful.
