OMG!! Cat!! Our guardian angel. With no flight home because of the Middle East war we trapsed into Flight centre in Martin place more hopeful than confident. How wrong we were. Cat was brilliant. Answered all our queries. Gave advice. Nothing was too much and eventually found us the ideal trip home. And then when our cards wouldn’t work properly was calmness personified and helped us when we got even more nervous!! Avoid unless you want to be ripped off with significant mark-ups. When I brought it to the attention that 2 flights had been marked up $400 each, I was told they could match the airline price if I got accommodation with them. I would then probably get ripped off for the accommodation instead of the flights. Disappointing as I had book numerous large fare trips with FC in the past and their customer support was extremely dismissive also.
It was a great experience, starting with Jamie and then with Brad, who completed the remaining arrangements. They were friendly, helpful, and very attentive to detail. This will definitely not be my last experience with them, and I would happily choose them again.Thank you.

Brad Chew was very attentive and knowledgeable in helping me with the details for flights Working Around specific dates which was tricky and some accommodation, as well as giving us great local recommendations. He went over and above to assist with changes.
