I booked tickets for my son and myself two days ago. Today, when I tried to check in with WestJet, I found out my son couldn't check in due to document issues, and our tickets needed to be separated; otherwise, we wouldn't be able to fly. However, I went back to the flight centre, and Kelly and Venka helped me immediately. They were very kind and tried everything to resolve the issue with our tickets, even after their work hours—they kept helping. I am very grateful to both lovely ladies . God bless you both.

I had a very disappointing experience with security screening at Penticton Airport. A big, tall security officer refused to allow me to bring my special water through security, even after I clearly explained that it was for medical reasons and that I had taken medication before my flight and needed to keep drinking this water. The officer responded: “It’s not my business what you’re going to drink during the flight. I don’t want to lose my job because of you. Jayson Lamarre helped us get a refund from Discover Air that took over a year. The refund was approved but took a full year to receive because of extreme incompetence on the part of the airline. Jayson did not abandon us in spite of extreme frustration. I cannot thank him enough. He was excellent. I can strongly recommend flight center.
