Unfortunately, not so great experience. The lady was not so interested in sharing informations. She was repeating that everything is super expensive, our "meeting" was less than 10 minutes. Interesting is that I book the same resort much cheaper and the flight was from Ottawa not Montréal. P.S Her desk was full of crumbs, probably after lunch. Flight Centre in Richmond St. Ottawa.

Elsy was the best to work with! Amazing customer service and she helped me find the best price. If you’re looking for a travel agent, I highly recommend Elsy.
Travel agent met with this us, took our personal information, made a bunch of promises and disappeared. We had to make our own arrangements and ended up booking flights more than a $1.5K cheaper than was quoted by this company. Not coming back.
