Disappointed in the local manager Isabelle Forget. She offered a small discount of $50 if I book through her instead of the travel company directly. Not a big deal, but I wanted to be nice, so waited days for her to return to book, only to then say she'd charge an extra fee of $69 to book. That defeats the whole purpose of the discount and wasted my time!! No thanks. Elyshia is amaizing. Very profesional. I really recoment this place.
Unfortunately, not so great experience. The lady was not so interested in sharing informations. She was repeating that everything is super expensive, our "meeting" was less than 10 minutes. Interesting is that I book the same resort much cheaper and the flight was from Ottawa not Montréal. P.S Her desk was full of crumbs, probably after lunch. Flight Centre in Richmond St. Ottawa.
