It's been a month now since we've closed and moved in. The house itself seems fine enough so far. We'll see how the next year goes. We were able to watch it get built so that was a good experience. They were pretty accommodating on some modifications. Communication was a struggle even before closing so we should've known that afterwords, it would only be worse.
