Has went went way downhill. 4 or 5 attractions not operable. No balls in ball pit. Still charging full price. Place hasn’t been deep cleaned in months. Never again.

Wow! What a great afternoon for my son’s birthday! They had so much fun! A great place and the NICEST staff and manager, not sure the last time I experienced such excellent customer service. Thank you!
Bullshit policies. Showed up with grip socks and was told to buy their specific ones. Okay fine. Then after about 10 minutes of already jumping around, one of the staff came up and told my friend that she had to get their specific socks too. Eventhough she was also wearing grip socks. Just trying to have a good time and we were interrupted twice. Do not recommend.
