Flick the Switch Artist Collective is such a warm and creative place! The studios are full of talented and kind artists. I love its perfect location next to my OCAD U, Grange Park, and the AGO. Thank you to Susan and everyone for building such an inspiring community.
I rented a desk space at the Grange location of Flick the Switch for a few months, as a place to get some writing done. I went mostly on evenings and weekends and found it very quiet, great for doing focused work. It's inspiring to be working in an old church rectory, surrounded by art and other creative people. The fenced-in garden is magical in the summer -- if you're lucky, you may spot the resident rabbit!
A beautiful space and so lovely to meet the other artists at Flick the Switch. Thank you so much for everything!
Susan was very accommodating and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. I was in the Parkdale space for over a year or so and have enjoyed my stay there and the use of the space for creative endeavours.
I rented a studio in Parkdale from Flick the Switch. Although I wasn't able to take the studio in the end because of other commitments, Susan was a pleasure to deal with, and the vibe of the space and community was great.
