I have to agree with all the negative reviews. Worst customer service ever. I was pretty much told by the owner that I was lying about when TV repairs were to be done. I would throw away a broken TV before I would bring it there for service.

We have been donig busness with Flicks for over 40 years and have never had a problem. They do not jump you when you enter the store, they let you brouse. Their service is excellent and they justifiably pride themselves on it. I highly reccomend Flick Brothers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! – Avoid this place at all cost. The employees are rude. They don't do their job. If you call for repairs, they give you the run around. Never call you back. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON AN APPLIANCE AT THIS PLACE THEY WON'T COME SERVICE IT!!!!!!!!!!
