Show up at 9 when it opens get told there is 4 ahead of me 1 hr passes then 2 hrs nothing save your self the time get Primary doctor no reason for an almost 3 hr wait I just walked out
Was asked if they forgot about me? Then proceeded to keep calling AT LEAST 3 other people to be seen when they arrived after me.
Booked an appointment. Arrived 15min before appointment time. Waited in waiting room for 1 hour AFTER appointment time and another 20min in the exam room once we did get in! Go somewhere else unless you have a few hours free to wait.
My son shut his finger in the car door and his finger was bleeding good. They looked at him before the chart was even started. They were even able to look up i his insurance information.
Urgent care in Seneca falls is really awesome the people there are awesome n it's like they treat u like family n I love that keep up the great job you all so
