I have been a monthly member here since 2021 and I love it so much. The community is warm, fun and dedicated. The instructors are top notch and there is a nice variety of classes: Barre, XX, Classic, Weight Lifting, Boxing, Yoga, etc... Small touches like - on my birthday the front desk had a little sign wishing me a happy birthday or when I missed a few days in a row, an instructor reached out to see if I was feeling okay, make this place such a standout. Natasha is an amazing teacher person. Since coming to the studio my core strength has increased which has helped tremendously with my back issues. Natasha has a lot of training and keeps up with current research on healing and nutrition. She is the best!!!
Every class offers thoughtful progressions, clear guidance, and constant encouragement, so you leave feeling accomplished instead of depleted. But what really sets this place apart is the community.
