Takes way to long to get loaded 3-5 hours and parking lot is a mine lot of cut bolt seals that are thrown all around the lot would be careful driving around myself and another Schneider driver were both unlucky and got a bolt seal in steer tire so $600+ down the drain and they don’t give two shits about it made the lady in office aware of it just looked at with the don’t care attitude

I thought the worst part of owning a Flexsteel power recliner were the constant delays in getting the chair I ordered, boy was I wrong! Wait until the frame warps and you have to get a part replaced under warranty. FlexSteel's people won't talk to you and tell you ro contact the repair company who then tell you there's no need for them to contact the manufacturer because the part is coming from Vietnam and there's no telling when it'll arrive, and the Flexsteel people will tell them whatever it takes to get them off the phon... read more

worst place. do not come to this place. they took forever to load you. i checked in at 10am and out at 5pm.

Floor loaded furniture. If you are a live load - you will spend here all day. Front desk lady is nice though.

We arrived at Flexsteel Industries for our 11:00 AM appointment and checked in at 10:43 AM. We were assigned a dock right away, but that didn’t help — the loading process was extremely slow and poorly managed. They started loading around 12:45 PM, placing just one box and then disappearing for long stretches. They’d come back 30 to 40 minutes later with another box. This went on until we finally left around 4:00 PM. To make matters worse, once they finished loading, no one brought me the BOL. I had to walk back to the office... read more
