We arrived at Flexsteel Industries for our 11:00 AM appointment and checked in at 10:43 AM. We were assigned a dock right away, but that didn’t help — the loading process was extremely slow and poorly managed. They started loading around 12:45 PM, placing just one box and then disappearing for long stretches. They’d come back 30 to 40 minutes later with another box. Loaded here 6/7, was told to put 6 straps in my trailer and I did. Unloaded 6/12 and discovered they stole 4 ratchet straps. I can't stand thiefs.
