One star is generous. I am still owed thousands of dollars in deposits and prorated rent, and after more than a month I have received no payment, no answers, and no accountability. Every time I try to get help, I get passed from one employee to another with nobody taking responsibility. This place sucks. If you weren’t here, don’t ever think you will get your deposit back even if they tell it to you straight to your face.
I rented here and never got my deposits back. There’s no way this place should have four stars Adriana and Ross and the rest of the team is super shady easily. The worst customer experience I have ever had.
I just want to start by saying one star is generous. If there were zero stars, I would choose that without hesitation. I don’t even know where to start. This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service and worst experience I have ever had with any business.
