I just want to start by saying one star is generous. If there were zero stars, I would choose that without hesitation. I don’t even know where to start. Do not rent from this business. poor communication, random charges and fees. They will penny pinch as much as they can from you. Please look elsewhere to rent, highly unreliable business location.
Disappointing experience from start to finish. Communication was poor, calls went unanswered, and at the end of the lease they attempted to charge fees that were never agreed upon. Despite following all move-out procedures and providing my refund information weeks in advance, I had to reach out after the 60-day window just to get a partial return of my deposit.
