Customer service is horrible. Products and pricing is good no complaints. We’ve ordered a living room set and bedroom set and when we picked up for delivery the guys just left our items next to the door and closed the door and wouldn’t load it onto our truck nor would they answer the door. They spoke to each other in Spanish and walked off. Terrible service.

Scam: I am leaving one star until my issue is properly resolved. I purchased two couches and financed them through American First Finance (big mistake). On the same day, I called the store and canceled one of the couches, which was on sale for $699 plus a $150 shipping fee. I had already paid a $230 down payment.
