I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this store. I spent $1500 on an adjustable bed that stopped working and $7000 on a furniture set, only to encounter defective products and poor customer service. The customer service team seems to be a middleman for real furniture stores, as I purchased the Ashley furniture set through them, but would have been better off buying directly from Ashley and receiving a discount. Take your money somewhere else they sold me broken furniture and I’ve been trying to get replacement for nine months now I have emails receipts and everything. They have notes in their system, but still no resolution I came in to speak with someone about my account. He disregarded me until I told him I was gonna do a Google review and then never followed up with me. They keep sending people out to my house but nothing’s happening save your money and take it somewhere else. You work too hard to buy broken products like I did.

Customer service is terrible I waited forever on delivery just to get charged another fee and now that I’m going through a refund process it’s been the longest process ever! Almost 2 Weeks and still no refund
Unprofessional, scamming company that won’t be in business for long. Save your time! I tried purchasing furniture feb 20th which did not work out and still have not received my refund it is now march 5th. And all I’m being told is it’s a process and they will call me and still heard nothing I been up there about 4 times now customer service is this WORSE !
