I called Flex Lume Sign company because I was interested in updating my existing outdoor sign. I was connected to Jeremy who, right from the beginning appeared to be annoyed by my inquiries regarding the updating of my sign. He was slow to respond to my emails and he continued to show annoyance for having to put an estimate together.
